& Licensing Agreement

License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Framer template for:
• Personal Use: Creating a website for yourself.
• Commercial Use: Creating one (1) website for a single client.
• Modifications: You are encouraged to modify the design, layout, and content to suit your needs.
Restrictions (What You Cannot Do)
To protect the integrity of the work, you are strictly prohibited from:
• Reselling or Redistributing: You may not resell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the "Remix" link or the template files in their original or modified form.
• Template Generation: You may not use this template to create a new template for sale on Framer, LemonSqueezy, Gumroad, or any other marketplace.
• Sharing Links: You may not share the purchase or "Remix" link with third parties who have not purchased a license.
Intellectual Property
The underlying design, structure, and custom components of the template remain the intellectual property of Heat Bureau.
• Your Content: You retain all rights to the specific content (copy, images, branding) you add to the template.
• Attribution: While not required, a "Design by Heat Bureau" credit in the footer is always appreciated.
Third-Party Assets
The template may include third-party assets (e.g., fonts, stock imagery, icons).
• Stock Photos: Images are often sourced from Unsplash for demonstration only. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct rights for any media used in your final live site.
• Fonts: Custom fonts may require a separate license from the type foundry for live web use.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of Framer templates (which are delivered via a "Remix" link that cannot be "returned"), all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued once the purchase is complete and the link is accessed. Please review the live preview and technical requirements (Framer account level) before purchasing.
Limitation of Liability
The template is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Heat Bureau is not liable for:
• Any bugs or glitches caused by Framer platform updates.
• Any loss of data or business interruptions resulting from the use of the template. Your inability to use the software (Framer)
Support
Standard purchase includes 30 days of email support regarding template-specific bugs. Support does not include custom design work, major structural changes, or general Framer tuition.
